Why a styled map beats a plain screenshot
A default map screenshot looks like every other listing’s. A recolored map — matched to your brand or the property’s own character — stands out in a flyer or brochure, and you control exactly what’s shown.
Center it on the property
Paste the address as a Google Maps link into the Import tab to jump straight there, free and with no account. Search in the floating toolbar does the same thing but is a Map Builder Pro feature.
Highlight what sells the location
Recolor or emphasize the features buyers actually care about — parks, schools, and transit lines each have their own row in the Style tree, so you can brighten them while muting everything else. Add a Marker for the property itself, and Text labels for a street name or neighborhood.
Multiple listings, one map
For an area guide covering several properties, drop a Marker for each one. Every overlay element is independently named, restyled, and repositioned from the Overlay list.
Export for the format you need
A free 2048px PNG covers a web listing. For a printed brochure, "For print" export prices by scale and DPI rather than pixels, so you get an exact physical size for a flyer or sign. Every export includes OpenStreetMap attribution, so it’s safe for commercial listing materials without Google’s licensing restrictions.
