When a published map goes past your plan’s monthly views, the extra views draw from credits — so a popular page keeps serving instead of going dark. Views are counted per account, across all your maps. Pages published via Google Maps get 200 free views and 10 free searches a month before these rates apply — Google-hosted views and search cost more than our standard ones, so they’re metered separately.
