This page covers printed posters — physical objects we print and ship to you. It does not apply to digital downloads, which are covered by the Terms of Service.
Worldwide — to over 220 countries, with free shipping everywhere. Your poster is printed at the facility closest to you.
A small number of destinations are unavailable, either because our print partner does not serve them or because international sanctions prevent it. Any country we cannot ship to is simply not offered at checkout, so you will never be charged for an order we cannot fulfil.
Shipping is free. It is included in the price shown — there is no shipping charge added at checkout and no minimum order.

The first group is where our print partner has local production, which is why those arrive quickest. Everywhere else is shipped internationally and takes longer — the country you choose at checkout tells you which applies before you pay.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and carrier delays are outside our control. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and it also appears on your Orders page in the app.
You can cancel any order for a full refund within 30 minutes of paying, from the confirmation screen or your Orders page. Nothing has been printed yet at that point, so there is nothing to send back and no fee.
This window exists because the single most likely reason to want your money back on a custom poster is a typo you spot a minute after paying. Cancel, fix it, and order again.
After 30 minutes your poster is sent to print and cannot be cancelled or changed. If something is genuinely wrong, email mapbuilder.support@gmail.com and we will do what we reasonably can.
Each poster is printed to order from a design you made yourself. Like other custom-made goods, it cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind, chose the wrong size, or are not happy with a design choice. This is also why the 30 minute cancellation window above exists, and why we show you a full preview at the print's real proportions before you pay.
Where local consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, note that it generally does not extend to goods made to a consumer's own specification. Nothing on this page limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will reprint and reship it free. Email mapbuilder.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
You do not need to send the damaged item back. If a reprint is not possible we will refund you in full.
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will treat the order as lost and reprint it.
An order returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete can be reshipped once you give us a corrected address; we cover the reshipping cost the first time. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
Posters are printed on 189 g/m² enhanced matte paper. Framed posters use a 0.75 inch ayous wood frame with a shatterproof acrylite front and hanging hardware included.
A map contains very fine lines. Before you pay, the app tells you in plain language whether the detail in your design will hold at the size you chose. That check is advice, not a block — you can print anyway. A poster that reproduces what you approved is not a misprint, so please read that screen.
